Refund / Return Policy

Please read disclosure here

  • All Stock items can be returned new and unused in original packaging up to 90 days after invoice date for full product credit. Any freight charges (incoming or outgoing) will not be refunded.
  • Items returned after the 90 day mark may be subject to re-stocking charges.
  • Items that are custom ordered (i.e.: Filters, programmed control boards, pre-programmed drives) can not be returned.
  • Items that are tagged “Non-Cancellable” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned.
  • Items that have been used or not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

In order to receive a refund, simply download and fill out a Return Goods Authorization ‘RGA Form’ and send to us. We will contact you within 24 hours with an RGA Number. Ship the product back to us and within 24 hours of receipt, your product will either be credited or replaced (depending on your request in the RGA Form). The return shipping costs of the product are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


Warranty Policy

  • All warranties will be honored as per the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty will cover manufacturer’s defect under normal working conditions for a period of up to 1 year depending on product classification.
